Forget about photos, it’s all about 3D selfies! How it works Connect a Microsoft Kinect to your Mac, set it up at chest height, open the app and you’re ready to start scanning! I’m not a techie person, is Shapify complicated? No, it’s really easy! Anyone can Shapify themselves! The app will tell you exactly where to stand and what to do. The Kinect will scan you from 8 different angles, then you can watch Shapify stitch the scans together to make a 3D model of you. Spin your 3D model around, check you look good in 360 degrees and if you’re happy with it, order a 3D print to be sent to your address. If your butt looks big or you moved while scanning and accidentally gave yourself 3 legs, don’t worry, just scan yourself again (and again and again) until you’re happy!
