SCast for TV – Samsung & Roku

If you have a Smart TV which have network connected and support UPnP (most smart TV since 2012 which have network connect support this), you can use this App to cast your Mac screen and audio to your TV. You can select to cast Mac display or camera video to TV, and you can also choose include audio from system ( need extra free system extension ) or microphone. You can choose to cast Audio to WIFI connected smart speakers. Tested device: - Samsung Smart TV - Amazon Fire TV - Roku streaming player, Roku stick, Roku TV - Bose SoundTouch speaker - Sonos speaker The video will be several seconds of latency (5~20 seconds), after that it's continually, so this is not suitable for realtime viewing.
