Scarlett

Scarlett is a Mac application created with convenient EPUB reading in mind. It supports full-screen mode, Multi-Touch gestures, instant dictionary definition check and creation of spoken tracks (to easily take your books with you on your iPod/iPhone). In addition to all of that Scarlett bundles delightful EPUB QuickLook and Spotlight plugins. The application runs on both Lion and Snow Leopard. I hope that you will enjoy using it as much as I do. Scarlett does not support DRM-encrypted books.
