P39 Financial is a home financial program designed around the concept of envelopes. The envelope method of budgeting is not new, it's been around for many years. Money (cash) is deposited into the physical envelopes from each deposit. When you need to make a purchase, you get money from the envelope, go to the store and make your purchase, then come home and put the change back in to the envelope.
